Final Watershed Survey Report - MS Word Format Draft Pathogen TMDL Report for the Blackstone Watershed

This Draft TMDL (Total Maximum Daily Load) Report provides a watershed-based approach to address bacterial and other fecal-related pollution throughout the Blackstone Watershed. These reports have been prepared as part of a collaborative effort between the MA DEP and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 1. These reports are directed at the control of bacterial contamination (fecal, E. coli, enterococci) which is impacting surface water quality within the watershed.
