This Draft TMDL (Total Maximum Daily Load) Report provides a watershed-based approach to address bacterial and other fecal-related pollution throughout the Blackstone Watershed. These reports have been prepared as part of a collaborative effort between the MA DEP and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 1.
