You have 3 ways to register:
1. Fill out this form and hit the submit button to send your registration information.
1a. Pay using PayPal - just click on the PayPal button.
2. Print out this page , fill it in and send it to MACOLAP, along with your check, as soon as possible
3. Register by phone - 508.429.5085.
Please pre-register by JANUARY 18th to receive the discounted rate as soon as possible as we expect a large turnout

The Registration Fee covers Continental Breakfast, Snacks and Beverages at Breaks, and Lunch for all pre-registrants.
We will not accept registrations for 1/2 day sessions. Only full registration will be accepted.
