You have 3 ways to register/pay:
1. Fill out this form and hit the submit button to send your registration information. Then return to this page and Pay using PayPal.
1a. Pay using PayPal - just click on the PayPal button.
2. Print out this page , fill it in and send it to MACOLAP, along with your check, as soon as possible
3. Register by phone - 508.429.5085.
Please pre-register by JANUARY 23rd to receive the discounted rate as soon as possible as we expect a large turnout
Pre-registration: $25 Members, $30 Nonmembers, $15 Students
Registration at the door will be $5 more per category plus those registering after January 23 should plan to bring their own lunch.

The Registration Fee covers Continental Breakfast, Snacks and Beverages at Breaks, and Lunch for all pre-registrants.
We will not accept registrations for 1/2 day sessions. Only full registration will be accepted.
